Detailed Eligibility criteria:
a) Engineer Trainee- Full-Time BE/ B.Tech(Mechanical or Electrical or Civil or Chemical Engineering) or Five years integrated Master’s degree or Dual Degree programme in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university/Institute.
b) Executive Trainee(HR)- Full-Time Bachelor’s degree with 60% marks in aggregate in all years from a recognized university/Institute with Two years full-time regular PG Degree/ Diploma with minimum 55% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters
c) Executive Trainee (Finance)-Full-Time Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/Institute with With Qualified Chartered or Cost and Works Accountants from recognized Institutions in India.

Relaxations in upper Age Limit:
- 5 years for SC/ST Candidates
- 3 years for OBC candidates
- 10 years for PWD candidates (13 years for OBC, 15 years for SC/ST)
- Others as per Govt rules
