About HPCL HRRL –
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is an Indian oil and natural gas company with its headquarters at Mumbai, Maharashtra. It has about 25% market-share in India among public-sector companies (PSUs) and a strong marketing infrastructure. Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, also second promoter of the company (first promotor is The President of India) , owns 51.11% shares in HPCL and others are distributed amongst financial institutes, public and other investors. The company is ranked 367th on the Fortune Global 500 list of the world’s biggest corporations as of 2016. HPCL got removed from NIFTY 50 INDEX in March 2019 Recently on 24 October 2019 the company has conferred with Maharatna status.
HPCL operates two major refineries producing a wide variety of petroleum fuels and specialties, one in Mumbai (West Coast) of 7.5 million tonnes per year capacity and the other in Visakhapatnam, (East Coast) with a capacity of 8.3 million tonnes per year. HPCL holds an equity stake of 16.95% in Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), a state-of-the-art refinery at Mangalore with a capacity of 9 million tonnes per year. Another refinery of 9 million tonnes per year (set up in Bathinda, Punjab by HMEL, a joint venture with Mittal Energy Investments Pte. Ltd). HPCL has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Government of Rajasthan for setting up a refinery near Barmer. It would be operated under a joint venture company (JVC) called HPCL-Rajasthan Refinery Limited.

For Engineering:
- Candidates should Engineering (Mechanical – Mechanical, Mechanical & Production, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Electronics) from AICTE approved/ UGC recognized University/ Deemed University with minimum 60% marks (aggregate of all semesters/ years) for UR/ OBCNC/ EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
- Experience: Minimum 3 (E2), 6 (E3) and 9 (E4) years of post
Finance:
- Candidates should complete Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with 50% marks
- Experience: At least 1 year
Human Resources:
- Candidates should complete Two-years full time, Post-graduate Degree in HR /Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/Psychology or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in HR/Personnel Management from AICTE approved / UGC recognized institute / university
- Experience: At least 1 year
Information Systems:
- B.E/ B.Tech in the discipline of Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Computer Science / Information Technology
- Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) / Masters in Computer Science OR Masters in Business Administrations (MBA) / Masters in Management Studies (MMS) with Information Technology or Systems or Computer Science as specialization
- Experience: At least 1 year
Legal:
- Candidates should complete 3-years full time course in law after graduation or 5 years course in law after 12th Standard from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University.
- Experience: At least one year
