NMRC Recruitment 2019– Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) has invited Job notifications to all B.E/B.Tech/BBA/BCA/B.com/CA/ITI/Diploma applicants for Apply Online for 130 posts Junior Engineers/Maintainer/Others in various department. Those applicants who are interested in the vacancy information  & completed eligibility criteria process are given below.

About NMRC-

The Noida Metro is a rapid transit system connecting the twin cities of Noida and Greater Noida in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. The Phase-1 has been successfully completed at a cost of Rs 5,503 crore, while Phase-2 is planned. 

Noida Metro becomes 11th Metro system in India to be operational. It is the fifth longest operational metro network in India after the Delhi Metro, Hyderabad Metro , Chennai Metro and Namma Metro.

Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC), a state-owned corporation, is building and owns the system. In the first year, the line will be operated by DMRC. The line connects to Delhi Metro at Noida Sector 51 station. Foundation for the NMRC project was laid down in October 2014, with the construction being commenced by the end of December 2014 by then Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav. Trial runs started in August 2018, and the metro was inaugurated on 25 January 2019 by Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath.

Detailed Eligibility criteria-

For Station Controller/Train Operator-

• Candidates Should have Graduated in Science/Diploma in Electrical /Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunications /Civil/Mechanical /IT/Com Science and B. Tech in above disciplines from a Govt. recognized University /Institute

For Customer Relations Assistant-

Three years of Graduation in any discipline from Govt recognised University/Institute

For Junior Engineer in (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Civil)-

• Three years of Engineering Diploma in respective discipline / equivalent trade and B. Tech in respective discipline / Equivalent from a Govt. recognized University /Institute

For Maintainer in (Fitter/Electrician/Ref & AC Mechanic):

• ITI/with respective discipline ( NCVT/SCVT)

For Electronics & Mechanic-

• ITI / Electro Mechanic/ IT/TV and Radio ( NCVT/SCVT)

For Accounts Assistant-

• Candidates should complete B.Com or CA(Inter) /ICWA

For Office Assistant-

• Candidates should complete BBA/BCA

Age Limit(as on 01.01.2019)-

• Minimum: 18 years to 32 years

Age Relaxation:

• For SC/ST/OBC: 5 Years
• For PWD: 10 Years

Selection process:

The selection process is varies based on the Written Test and Medical examination.

Exam Pattern:

The written test will consist of two papers (Paper-I and Paper-II)

Paper-I:

• Paper-I will consist of multiple choice objective type questions
• The test will be in bilingual (Hindi/English) Language
• The Topics are General Awareness, Logical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and Knowlege of discipline/trade
• There will be a total of 90 questions, each carrying equal marks. There will be negative marking. For every wrong answer, 1/3 marks will be deducted.
• Paper-I –  90 minutes duration.

Paper-II:

• It consists of objective type questions on General English to judge the knowledge of the English language.
• There will be a total of 30 questions, each carrying equal marks. There will be negative marking. For every wrong answer, 1/3 marks will be deducted.
• Paper-II- 30 minutes duration.

Note- Paper-II exam, not for Maintainer Post
