About Paradip Port-
Paradip Port is a natural, deep-water port on the East coast of India in Jagatsinghpur district of Odisha. It is situated at confluence of the Mahanadi river and the Bay of Bengal. It is situated 210 nautical miles south of Kolkata and 260 nautical miles north of Visakhapatnam.
The port is administered by the Paradip Port Trust (PPT), an autonomous corporation wholly owned by the Government of India.
Paradip is one of the Major Ports of India. Late Biju Patnaik, the then Chief Minister of Odisha, is the founding father of Paradip Port. It is the only Major Port in the State of Odisha situated 210 nautical miles south of Kolkata and 260 nautical miles north of Visakhapatnam on the east coast on the shore of Bay of Bengal.
Late Jawaharlal Nehru, the then Prime Minister of India, laid the foundation stone of the Port on 3 January 1962 near the Confluence of the river Mahanadi and the Bay of Bengal.

- Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) from recognised university or DOE’s ‘A’ level
- Data Entry speed of 9000 key depression per hour through trade test to be conducted on computers.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience
Upper Age Limit (as on 01.03.2020): 32 years
Pay Scale: Rs.27,400- 70,500/- (Pre-revised Scale Rs.17,700- 44,600/-)
